Behaviour Consultant

Chelsi has been working with children and youth that have varying needs for over ten years. She has supported individuals and families across school, home, and office settings. Her focus has always remained the same: ensuring access to meaningful, individualized support that enables impactful changes in their life.

Her breadth of education includes: a certificate in American Sign Language and Deaf Culture Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care, and a Master's Degree of Science in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. A wide range of knowledge and training is critical as a behaviour specialist. Chelsi uses her experience to provide meaningful support to families with varying needs and capacity.

Chelsi is passionate about providing supervision to students of behavior analysis. She has been Board-Certified since 2017. Through this, she has experience supporting supervisees to achieve their individual professional goals. With or without a diagnosis, Chelsi is confident in supporting all individuals. Her focus is on providing support and building skills specific to each person's current skill levels.
